Meaning of each letter:

Of all the types, they carry the greatest degree of self-confidence, drawn from the inner resources of introverted intuition and inspiration. They come across as the most individualistic and independent, thinking in terms of pure logic. They tend to ignore the feelings and opinions of others, look toward the future, and don't care much for looking back. They tend toward extreme pragmatism, through which lens they see reality as something that is, in fact, largely artificial, arbitrary, constructed by the circumstances of the moment. They're open to ideas and concepts and often pursue them with no small amount of intellectual aggressiveness. They tend to have an unusual sense for seeing things through to completion, and are able to foresee even the long-term consequences of present actions. They excel at generalizing, classifying, summarizing, finding suitable examples, and proving or demonstrating whatever they want to prove to those around them. They tend to be more interested in moving things forward than in coming to terms with past mistakes. They're well suited to work where theoretical models can be turned into reality. As managers, they'll strive to make sure both they themselves and their subordinates become a little more effective and better every day. As subordinates, they'll stimulate themselves, their colleagues, and their superiors in much the same way. As colleagues, partners, at home and at work, they care about harmony and order. If they have a soft spot for someone, they tend to be tolerant, generous with support, and allow a great deal of freedom in decision-making. They encourage independence and self-sufficiency. Their effectiveness can be undermined by a tendency to constantly want to improve something — their strengths, taken to an extreme, can turn against them. In the emotional realm, they tend to be very vulnerable, and so they protect themselves with a strong, cold shell — though this can hardly stop them from repeatedly stumbling in this area regardless.
