minimal — Women
mild — Men
moderate — Everyone else

Meaning of each letter:
E – Extraversion S – Sensing T – Thinking P – Perceiving

In gathering and using data, they are logical and imaginative. Thanks to a very well-developed perceiving function, they're able to catch even the subtlest change or deviation from the norm and to correctly anticipate a partner's next move. They don't feel bound by currently valid rules and regulations, so they either break them, or find ways to interpret them to their own advantage. They tend to decide impersonally, based on facts. They demand a return on every investment and every expenditure of energy, which tends to make them good business partners, but poorer friends. In everything they do, it's as if they're constantly checking whether they're making a sufficient impression on their audience. They know how to manipulate and use information for their own purposes. Women of this type have had trouble with their rebellious nature since childhood, and mostly don't seek out the company of other women, working mainly with men or performing traditionally male jobs independently. In men, being intoxicated by the present moment and giving little thought to tomorrow's consequences can cause no small trouble in our rationalist world. As supervisors, they can have an immense sense of reality, but can also be extremely unpredictable. From time to time they throw themselves into "doing good" and a sudden concern for their people with an intensity that can be unsettling. Subconsciously, they're always asking, "What's in it for me?" Their strength is a tendency to get straight to the heart of the matter without much fuss. There's no point trying theories on them — they want to immediately grasp what's really going on and jump straight into action. Another feature of their character is that they consider nothing final — everything is up for renegotiation, nothing is ever settled once and for all. Their ruthless pragmatism makes them not always popular, but usually very effective people. Even though they're very close to people and practically always have them around, there's something a bit mysterious and elusive about them. Being their supervisor is difficult, because they're essentially unmanageable — it's best to give them as much room as possible, steer them through indirect means, and prescribe as little as possible to them.
