They're more aware of the influence they have on the people around them, and are also less focused on the organization and on moving it toward the future. They tend to think in terms of values and judgment, which makes decision-making relatively easy for them. They tend to take a lot of things too personally and are more vulnerable than others. Since their school years, they've tended to be capable, high-achieving students with creative abilities, and they take their studies, and later their work, very responsibly and seriously. They're sometimes held back by a tendency toward excessive perfectionism. They tend to have a very strong capacity for empathy, for tuning into the feelings of others, often before the other person even becomes aware of the feeling themselves. It happens that they tend to keep their heightened perception of interpersonal dynamics mostly to themselves.
